Relaxing at the pool

Ive been looking forward to trying the this pool since it was added to Resort Pass. I hate saying this, but I was pretty disappointed. This pool and pass has the potential for so much so I hope this review allows the hotel to see the changes needed. The pool water was disgusting. It was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom. Also, gobs of hairballs floated around the water along with several cigarettes.  Regardless, we booked a cabana so we decided to make the best of it. Our reserved cabana was in fact, not available. After explaining to a couple of young girls that we had booked it, the parents made them move. There was no reserve sign and this left the cabana wet with trash everywhere. When we ordered food, the bartender/waiter didn't understand that resort pass was an option and kept asking for our room number. The food was great but the drinks were not. It was probably the worst margarita Ive ever had in my life. I only get 1000 characters to write review so response is limited.

Could be so much more

Rented a walk out day room a month prior to our visit. When we arrived, we were given a room across the property 9 floors up and was gaslit into thinking this was standard. As it turned out, someone had booked the entire wing that was near the pool and nobody called to tell me. The pool was filthy- could not see the bottom at all and huge chunks of hair floating around. Outdoor grill looked promising (and the burger and chicken sandwich were good) but the bar staff was inexperienced, drinks were terrible, and half the food was easily identifiable as frozen food. Not at all a good experience

People were friendly and nice. Looking forward to when renovations are completed.

Great location 

The pool was packed with screaming kids roughhousing for a good part of the day which was definitely a little annoying. Otherwise it was super nice!

Nice day

Overall, we had a nice relaxing pool day! Some things to note: the hotel is new to Resort Pass and didn't have our cabana reserved. Luckily no one was occupying it so we didn't have an issue. The pool bar was closed but we were able to go to the bar inside and get drinks to take back to the pool. The restaurant and bar inside is under construction. Pool was a bit cloudy for some reason, but it didn't smell like it had been shocked. The pool is relatively small, so there are only about 10 lounge chairs and 2 cabanas. The cabanas do not have top, so if you want shade you will have to finagle an umbrella next to it. There is good sun until about 5 pm and then about half of the pool and pool deck are shaded. Decently clean and overall nice.

Pretty Nice

They have arranged pool party. But nobody came. I am the only person there and swimming. And staffs are also ok. At least they should have arranged some friendly folks to talk with and for fun. I may not go there agin by looking their fancy pool party advertisement. 

I did not have a good experience here.
