We used resort pass for an almost $600 cabana on Sunday June 9th, the cabana was subpar at best, the provided cooler was tiny and cheap, you get two small crunchy towels. The food offerings were comparable to a mediocre clubhouse pool. Beware if you want food or beverages everything closes at 5pm even though the pool is 9am-9pm. If you need a water or food you'll have to walk in the heat at least 15-20 minutes to go into the hotel which is potentially harmful to some. There were several empty beverage containers along the pool for at least an hour or two. This is not a Hilton experience and definitely not worth the price, which all in all we spent about $1000. $40 for parking is excessive as well. We expected so much more, it was very disappointing

Love the resort, but the restaurant gave our order to another table and we had to wait an hour and 15 mins before eating....

Love Resort

Had so much fun and was able to relax. Burgers are 10/10 recommend, just a lil expensive. 

Real Vacation Feel

Pros: lots of pool space
Great friendly attentive servers
Great atmosphere 
Valet parking available 



Cons: food is ok
Unless in a luxury cabana there is no where to charge your phone. Bring your backup batteries 
Long walk from front lobby door to pool area. Didn't see an outdoor access point

Relaxing and fun 

We had a very good time at Jadewater. Servers were excellent. However, prices for food and drinks were unbelievable as well as parking.

My family really enjoyed spending Fathers Day at Jade Waters it felt like a mini vacation! We booked the day pass wit the chairs and umbrella in the Panda Play area . 

Great for family! 

$23 for one adult beverage, $27 for crappy quality burger and fries, got a uti from pee infested water and sooooooo not worth the hundred bucks it cost to get in with the resort pass. Youre much better off staying home and swimming in your own CLEAN pool and BBQing. Will NEVER go back to Anatole again.

It was a lovely day - not overly crowded
We paid extra for umbrellas which was nice
You could probably get umbrellas without paying extra at this hotel

Great day

Went on a Saturday expecting it to be busy. It was busy but not over packed.  There were some chairs still available. Waterpark is clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful at all stations. Definitely a fun family day.
