Went and stayed all day. Great drinks at the bar super cute venue

Friendly staff upon entering the hotel, super nice lobby, decent sized pool, great drinks, the dj was good. The only not so great thing was there no pool towels available for about 30 minutes. 

Memorial Day Weekend

Don't waste your money on a pass. They allow anyone to walk in without confirming the booking i.d. the day beds were visibly dirty and the pool water was so cloudy and disgusting looking. The bathroom was terrible too. It just wasn't a great experience unfortunately.

Oh no no no..... the pea size pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom...  the place was overbooked with only standing room and the music was turned down low.....as they advertise this is a party spot.  Not worth the nastiness

I really hate to do this, but I must report that my booking for alto the rooftop pool of the ace hotel in New Orleans was very disappointing. We had reserved chairs and there were no chairs available. Also the pool was very dirty. We could see pubic hair floating around us. I understand that with a public setting this is probable however I do not think it justifies the $177 that I paid. We left in less than 30minutes. At this point I know i cannot change anything, but I would like to ask for my money back please.

If you're looking for a day pass pool day, this is the spot!!  It's a whole vibe!!  Get there early to get a chair though!!  

Great Location

I was last at the Ace rooftop pool about 7 years ago and its even better than I remembered. The chairs are comfy, we reserved both lounge and large round padded seating (the large says for 4 adults but really 2-3 is best). The drink and food choices are very good, service is very friendly. It is clean. It is more lush and green than my last visit, nice mix of sun and shade.

Fun pool to hangout. Needs more dining options like fries and snacks. The $75 rental of layout chairs need to be reconsidered. Its literally just a layout chair that you are paying $75 for.

I booked a Day Pass for Memorial Day. While I expected there to be more people than a Thursday afternoon when I normally go, it was completely over crowded and super obvious more passes were sold than they had capacity for. Additionally, we ordered a coup margaritas that were absolutely horrible. For $22, I expected more than what tasted like Jose Cuervo margarita mix.
