Day Pass

At the entrance, I was greeted by very pleasant, friendly hotel staff. There was ice-cold water with little cups available for guests—a lovely, welcoming touch. I want to clarify that my five-star review is based on the staff, the pool itself, and the food. I visited through ResortPass and did not stay overnight or have access to a guest room or day room. The pool was beautiful, clean, and the perfect temperature. I especially loved the shaded areas where you could stand in the water. This is definitely a family-friendly hotel, with lots of children enjoying the pool and a small arcade with games for kids. If you’re looking for a quiet pool without children splashing around, this probably isn’t the place for you. I didn’t mind at all—everyone I encountered was friendly and respectful. I arrived around 1 p. m. , and all the lounge chairs were taken. A very sweet family let me take one of their regular chairs, which I placed in the shade. Several families wearing ResortPass wristbands were enjoying the pool, and some were sitting on towels on the ground. I recommend arriving early if getting a lounge chair is important to you. What really made the day special was the staff. Julie at the restaurant/bar was absolutely lovely, welcoming, and helpful. I also noticed other staff members treating pool guests with such kindness and making the atmosphere fun. The front desk staff were equally wonderful. Five stars to this incredible team! I ordered the club sandwich at Postcards, and it was delicious—a 10 out of 10! It had an aioli sauce and came with fries that were to die for, probably some of the best French fries I’ve ever had. The focaccia bread was fresh and delicious, but a little too thick for my preference. Next time, I would ask whether they could make it with thinner bread. That was my only small complaint about an otherwise wonderful meal. I also understood that my ResortPass included a 20% discount on food. The bathroom was clean, and I used it to change. A staff member directed me to the business center, where I could set up my laptop. It was quiet, nicely air-conditioned, and I had the space to myself. I finished with a massage in the massage chair—the perfect way to end the day. Parking was easy and complimentary with validation, and the ResortPass price was very reasonable. It was a perfect day for me, and I would absolutely go again. Thank you to the staff for making me feel so welcome!

Always a pleasure. Chill pool, very clean and staff attentive. Drinks are strong and food is generally quite good. I actually love the chicken strips, which come with fries and dipping sauces.

This app is very good. I really enjoy the Handlery Hotel they are great. I have previously received discount codes and when I’ve tried to use them, they have never worked. I don’t understand why that is. I am leaving a review and actually don’t expect ever being able to use the discount that I promised.
