Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley at East Palo Alto

We had a great time at the four seasons. The hotel was amazing. The pool, bathrooms and service was exactly what we were looking for. We are definitely coming back.

Great pool for kids! The service was excellent and the food and beverage was great. 

Great pool and awesome service!

The setup doesnt match the four seasons expectations. The pool should be reserved for hotel guests that want to take a quick deep or for gym visitors to do laps. I think for recreational outside visitors there is room for improvement. 

Great service!

The facilities are great. The pool is small so at times throughout the day it got pretty crowded which made it hard to play around. I would consider this more of a plunge pool than a swimming pool. I would have given this place 4 stars, if it hadn't been for the terrible service. The two guys running the pool did not know what they were doing, and would constantly forget things. I placed an order for two grilled cheeses, and it took 2 1/2 hours to finally get it. I did remind them a few times and one excuse was they didn't have did any more bread and had to procure more and then the second excuse was that the first guy who I ordered from forgot to even put in the order, so the second guy I approached had to put it in all over again. When it finally arrived, it turned out to be peanut butter and jellys and I had to send it back. By this time my kids were starving and cranky. I would have gone back to this hotel had it not been for this experience. 

Terrible service 

Wait staff were professional and helpful and overall it was a nice resort pass experience. We were able to use the spa facilities to change and shower which was nice. 

Great service 

We booked a Cabana for Late June.  The pool service wasn't available because they had under age staff working the pool who couldnt serve drinks.  The pool food menu is incredibly limited and we ordered nothing which is unusual for us.  The cabana holds 2, not 4, which is a little misleading but was fine for us.  The poop is warm (85) and felt great.  The massage was excellent but that is extra.  It frankly saves the day.  We would not go back for the pass.  Its expensive but felt like a motel. 

Shouldn be open for Business Yet

We had a great time with our two little ones. The pool is a bit small but it was nicely heated so perfect for our 4 and 9 year old. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Loved that you can use the spa bathroom. Other than the windy conditions, a really great experience. 

Relaxing day-cation

The hotel was beautiful! We went up to the pool and we had it to ourselves. They already had a cabana and specific area assigned for us. The pool attendants were so nice and attentive. Always made sure we were good and filled our glasses of water every time they saw it empty. Pool temperature was just right, we had a BLAST!!

Day Pool Pass

Small pool but very clean and attentive service. Hours are 11-4 if you have kids and it can be a bit windy even on warm days. 

Great getaway 

Pool is warm, but no hot tub. Overall okay place to go to use the pool.
