Fairmont Pacific Rim

It was our first time in the Fairmont spa/nordic spa. We arrived on time for the spot we reserved and we were hoping to try the gym before heading to the Nordic spa to relax. We were told that we have to go first to the spa then feel free to go to the gym. I felt it was not logical to work out after the relaxation so we just skipped the gym. When we got to the Nordic spa, no one was there to explain the way of using the saunas and hot and cold plunges. We went into the hot tub when the spa attendant came and told us that we have to sign a waiver before using the facilities. I wish we had been told about it at the front desk before getting soaked. 

Overall we had a good time there. The wooden sauna was very nice, and we really enjoyed the indoor spa area, steam rooms and lounge with refreshers and healthy snacks!
