We booked a staycation and had a fabulous time. The location is clean, service is efficient, food and drinks are tasty. Would definitely recommend. Love the adults only pool to get away for the kiddies splashing around. Carlos Oviles, manager, I believe, was so kind and treated us wonderfully. He is professional and knows who to do right by the customer to keep them coming back. 

Will definitely return again

Buen trato desde el que nos llevo Las toallas y preparo el area de nombre Jean hasta la mesera y el gerente . Todo muy bien . La comida muy buena . 

Excelente Servicio y sus instalaciones 

En general todo fue bien y disfrutamos el dia. La nota para mejorar fue q habian cosas en el menu que no estaban disponibles asi como marcas de cervezas .

Dia de Padres

Was told that the minimum could be used for  restaurants within the hotel but that is not true when I went to pay you have to use the restaurant for the cabanas only in order to meet the minimum if you reserve a cabana highly disappointed by how management decided to navigate issue especially as money is still being funnel to the resort its a trap to have you spend more money. As a local there cheaper and better resorts that offer similar experiences with less of the hassle be warned 

Policies are not transparent 

Last minute plans, rented a grand cabana and had excellent service and attention. Very accesible to the beach and water sports also

This hotel had 1 very large pool and one smaller one. Both were clean but I found the larger one to be the nicer of the 2. The large one had the swim up bar which was very good.
Plenty of lounge chairs and shade if needed. Pool staff will set you up with lounge chairs and towels - very nice touch.
Food and drink were great - only downside is it is not all inclusive (which is typical for P.R.), so it can get a bit pricey having to pay for everything - so work that into your budget. And they don't take cash, only credit cards.
But, the absolute best part of this property is the beach. 
This beach ended up being in my top 5 beaches anywhere in the Caribbean.
Clean, Wide, soft and compact sand - just the best!! I could have spent all day in the ocean. No ricks, no sharp drop offs etc. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas on the beach. 
Would go back here in a heartbeat.!!
