Easy check in, though they gave me a “room number” to use for any bar charges by the pool. This didn’t work so I just opened a tab. The pool service was slow, only one person working but it wasn’t busy so I understand not staffing more. We were there from 1-4 and the sun was fully blocked by another building and the pool wasn’t heated so it was too cold to use it. The kiddie pool was dirty. There is no hot tub which was a let down since it was the only thing that would have been used in the weather we had. Purchased goggles from the hotel gift shop and was surprised that they were priced well at only $6. Pool lounge chairs are comfortable and towels are available in abundance. Restrooms are clean.

The Fairmont Dallas was a perfect spot to enjoy a one day resort pass. I enjoyed the pool and had an easy valet experience followed by an easy check-in experience, where I was provided a wrist band and room #. I then headed to the pool and had no trouble. I had a great waitress, the pool was not crowded, they played good music, and the food and drinks were great too. I think this is a hidden gem pool in Dallas!

What a great day! We went on a Sunday. There were very few people there, which was great. We got 2 chairs and a table underneath the slatted covered area. Waitresses were quick to check on us and continued to do so throughout the day. There were plenty of towels available for use. The pool and terrace were very clean. Pool floats were provided. I would definitely go back again. There were a couple of things that were odd: food on the terrace is bright out in a to-go bag which made it very difficult to eat. We had chips, guac and salsa ($14) that the wind blew away because they were in a cardboard box instead of on plates. Not a big deal, just be prepared for it. Also, the music stopped at 3pm. Not a big deal either but it would've been nice if it had played on longer. All in all, though, we really enjoyed the day. We'd absolutely go back. Go in with a positive attitude and have a positive visit!

I would def recommend Fairmont Dallas. The vibe is chill. Cocktails and food are readily available and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back! They only play music on the weekends so we brought our own speaker and vibbed out.

Overall this was a very disappointing experience. We arrived at noon and there were no towels, the bar was not open, no staff, no one around to order food or drinks from. If I had known there was going to be NO service I would not have paid $40 per pass to go to this pool. I would have just gone to my apartment pool where I can bring my own food and drink for free. All around will never use Resort Pass again.

pool was great, my experience with my credit card being used for another guest made my visit less memorable

This was perfect, not too many people there. Was too windy to put up umbrellas and not much shade otherwise. Fun day. I would definitely go again.

Easy to book. Easy to get to. Great view. Fantastic pool. Super clean. Staff was great and makes you feel at home. Highly recommend it.

Visited the Fairmont pool on Independence Day weekend and was pleasantly rewarded with a fabulous pool area with plants and greenery, excellently cold pool water and super great service from Stephanie. Chaise lounges were comfortable and the entire area was extra clean and well maintained. Absolutely beautiful area and an enjoyable five hours of poolside fun and sun. Arrived at 10:30 am and played until 3:30 pm drinking Bloody Mary's, wine and eating salsa, guacamole and chips. Food and drinks were delicious. The only small event that could be rectified was the availability of cocktails upon our arrival. We were informed that we would be unable to get cocktails from the waitstaff until noon or 1:00! Definitely not acceptable! After some discussion with the manager, we did finally receive our desire...day-drinking! I highly recommend the Fairmont resort passes as a day trip for adults.
