If you want a place that offers the most complicated parking and a very, very, small area with the pool. This is a place for you. The  EAST Pool area is extremely small, limited chairs, and if yourePool area is extremely small, limited chairs, and if youre looking to tan or enjoy the sunrise, this hotel does does not offer a decent amount of chairs to lounge on. The building covers the sun. The pool is extremely small - The pictures scene were taken with a wide angle to make everything look much larger. Leslie, if you want to get bitten by mosquitoes, this is a place to come  

Was NOT impressed! 

This was truly a great experience. The views and location were absolutely beautiful and the two pools, hot tub, and cold plunge were extremely refreshing. The food was great and service was 10/10. Very nice location so a lot to do after not to mention it is connected to a mall (which you can view from the pool deck)! Would totally come again! :)

SERVICE

Enjoyed this hotel in Brickell, ordered food and drinks by the pool, all was delicious. Yes, the sun was blocked by the buildings completely from about 1:30 to 3:30 then it started to come back around then. But it wasn't an issue still spent time in the pool, hot tub, and cold plunge. There were a fair amount of kids taking over both pools with toys scattered around which was a bit less relaxing than hoped. The bar had some very loud drunk people as well at one point. However, would go back again to give it another go.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. Dates at sugar etc, out of all my visits today was the worst. It was just suppose to be a relaxing Mothers Day for my wife but we did not receive the customer service we are accustomed to.

None of the accommodations that came with the reservation were provided such as our bottle of champagne, or even as simple as the water bottles.

Very minimal contact from the host or anyone providing customer service, my wife and I had to physically look for someone each time we needed assistance or to order something.

We planned to spend our upcoming birthday there next month but our experience today left a negative impression. I look forward to hearing from a member of your team regarding our poor experience, thank you.

Me and my wife had a great day at the pool, pool staff was very helpful with providing pool chairs in the shade, fresh food from Quinto and make sure you guys get the pitcher for drinks! 

Amazing day!!

It was so great! From the weather outside to the attentiveness from the staff it was overall great and relaxing. The only reason Im giving it 4 stars (and its not the hotels fault) is because during spring you only get about 1-2 hours of sun from 10am-11am and then again from 1-2pm. Any hours after that the sun is hiding behind the many buildings around the area. The staff did tell us that during summer the sun is directly on top so from 10-5 its direct sun, will be back for this.
Other than that, the daybeds are super comfy and the music they play is great for a relaxing afternoon.

Super relaxing day

It was my first time using resort pass, I paid $209 for a daybed. We got there at 1pm and the sun was completely gone - the waitress said the sun was gone for the day there. We had to tell the waitress what we purchased came with a bottle of champagne and 4 waters, We ordered two pizzas. She forgot the vegetarian pizza for my vegetarian friend, and then took 50 minutes to bring it out. We never received our water, she never came back to check on us to see what we needed. This was not worth it whatsoever. We were super bummed and disappointed since East is quite lovely.
