The pool was heated and nice, the drinks were really good, and the dj playing was amazing, I loved my first experience here

Cozy & quiet place

Great location 

My friends and I decided on a whim to book a cabana for a day. We loved the chill vibes, it wasn't overly crowded, and the price was great considering everything that's included with your reservation. Our server, Emma, was wonderful! She was very attentive and gave great service. 

Perfect Pool Day!

When we booked out day passes there was an advertisement for a live DJ and a 90s themed pool party. When we got to the venue we were the only ones there with wristbands (there were 4 other people at the pool, but it appeared as if they were just hotel guests as no one else had wrist bands for the event. There was not a DJ. When we went out to the pool we sat there for approximately an hour to try to let it pick up. No one was in the pool. We went inside to the bar to ask about the DJ that was advertised and were told by hotel staff that they had received a noise complaint and therefore a 90 day ban 2 weeks prior so the DJ had been cancelled. They still were advertising online that a DJ would be there one the day of the event. We sat and had a couple drinks while they played a bunch of music (not 90s, literally everything else). We had to ask them to even turn it on out by the pool. We left after about an hour. A waste of money on a dead event.

Enjoyed hanging in our cabana and the views of the city. Hotel staff was friendly and the music was lively.

Fun Rooftop Bar and Pool

I called ahead before our reservation and the front desk staff was so friendly! The bar staff next to the pool was also extremely friendly (and they made a point to remember my name which I loved), but they all seemed extremely new at their job like they weren't being managed well. There was a bit of miscommunication on our cabana where a second group took our spot because the staff lead them there, assuming they were with us. There was no poolside food or drink service even though we rented a cabana, but the margaritas, chips and salsa, and fruit platter I ordered ahead of time were all good! We also never received our complimentary waters, chef's choice snack, or bucket of beers. 

Average experience

My friends and I had a girls pool day at the canopy and it was mostly nice but there were a few areas of improvement. The pool is pretty small and could have been cleaner. Also the poolside service was seriously lacking. We only saw the waitress once otherwise we kept having to go inside to get food and drinks. It felt very disorganized. Finally there was a shift change and the two fellows who came on at that point seemed attentive and energetic. Overall it was a nice day, the pool was not crowded so we got beds easily.
