Hotel pool and room was great. What was not so great was booking a day room. The check in at the 24 hotel next door wanted to charge me for the resort fee that should have already been included. The Gates hotel booked the farthest room, 3rd building with an expired key so they had to manually open the door via maintenance guys each time I wanted to get in. It was hot, I had a toddler and disabled mom and the front desk was nice and tried to be helpful, the hotel was not up to date with what the resort pass is. Room was missing conditioner, and their director tried to refund me. I did not ever get my refund from Resort Pass, it took them 2+ months to respond to my ongoing emails and after reporting to my bank they finally responded that now its up to them. Won't be using resort pass in the future because you should be able to talk to a representative rather than a black hole email and its 200+ dollars not worth this hassle.  I should have given it 1 star, but hotel staff tried to fix it

Great location for a summer getaway.

We stayed a night, then came back for the day pass to rest before our late flight. Service was amazing. The room is very nice and comfortable. The iguanas and roosters left a little to be desired LOL but thats the keys for you!! Will be back

Great service!

They need more people to be there and help out. The poor bar tender was also trying to set up our cabana, fix the TV and take orders for all the other folks there. The cabana was fine, but we were not offered the cocktail pitcher nor a bottle of wine which was included in our package. I went up to the bar to order the pitcher but was told they didnt have any available. The food was also good but overall just not worth it 

Great Service But

After a weekend trip, a group of friends needed a place to hang out, tan, go to the pool, have food and drinks, and (one of us had to) work between checking out of an AirBnB and into a different hotel or taking a return flight home. The pool cabana had a TV (to watch Premier League soccer), WiFi, a power outlet, and the seating and coffee table were comfy and large enough for our group of four.

Friendly staff, nice facility

Booked last minute. Laid back and fun place. The kids had fun, and found friends to play with. The bartender was amazing! She was a ton of fun. 
 Food was delicious, pork nachos were the best we have ever had. Chickens and roosters were running around. It was a perfect last minute stop. 

Great Cabana and Day Pass

Very upset with the place, surroundings, service, and much more! Not sure if I could sit here and actually put into words how confusing the whole process was with this place! 

Pretty run down 

Super laid back and cute. The cabana was shaded and had a fridge perfect for the kids! We ordered food and drinks and they were both very good! Will be coming back!

Service in the hotel was poor, if you are Latin please do not go people are very racist, not very good food also no waiters are available. For the cabana, do not waste the money, its the same thing and nothing actually works.
