Came back Tuesday and AGAIN today, Thursday!  The indoor pool is fabulous!  Staff is helpful and nice.  Everything is pretty and clean.  Thank you front desk, I’m so sorry I cannot remember her name! 

Another EXCELLENT work pass stay!  

The saying is true . Don’t ignore 2 or 3 bad reviews against a 1000 reviews. Decide do to share my experience using Resort. I booked a work pass through the app. However, upon reaching the hotel , they couldn’t find my booking  . Sat at the reception for 30 minutes only to be sent home . I drove over an hour to the location. 
Was such a terrible and embarrassing experience since. We booked this location for work . Do not ignore this comment. They have no communication with the posted hotels. And there is no support . 

Don’t use the app. 

I took my daughter here for a fun day of swimming. While the pool isn’t heated, they keep the pool room nice and warm. They have a nice bar around the corner from the pool for cocktails and food.

EXCELLENT stay.  Checkin was easy and staff super friendly.  So pretty walking in and restaurant is delicious!  Definitely coming back! 

AWESOME Work pass!

When purchasing the pass I was under the impression this would be a nice getaway for the day to where we could drink & eat by the indoor heated pool (as described through photos & reviews). I double checked the description & it stated the restaurant attached would open at 6am. We arrived around 9:45 when they told us the restaurant was NOT open until 11:30  & we could only order water. This was pretty annoying since I had skipped breakfast for no reason apparently. The pool was nice & my friend & I were the only ones in there but is seemed like the employees kept popping in to look at us. It was weird seeing them act like there were coming in there for something several times to simply look out the window. How relaxing would you say that is? It was a cute hotel for photos & what not but we definitely didn’t get everything we paid for. We had to leave & eat someone where else as we felt it just wasn’t worth it. Probably wouldn’t go back. 

Wasn’t worth it.

First of all, most of everyone we encountered was very kind, professional, and welcoming. This is not a reflection of the staff, save for the restaurant worker who rude & curt with us because two of her friends showed up with Valentine’s Day gifts for her while we were speaking with her and she wanted to get to them. At any rate, the hours given here on the site for when the bar and restaurant would be open was incorrect, so we in fact were unable to get a drink while we were there. The pool wasn’t heated. The WiFi was weak/kept cutting in and out. It just wasn’t what we were expecting and had we known it’d be like that, we would’ve chosen a different day pass elsewhere. 

Lack Luster Experience

It's an updated old Sheraton or Holiday Inn. There were 3 people working the counter for check-in and I still waited 20 minutes plus. The lady said, "Yes?" No hello. No how are you or welcome. I explained what I got and she interrupted her manager to ask about the pass. She said you can go to the pool. I asked, do I need a key card? She said no. Then I had to ask her how to get to the pool bc she never volunteered basic info. No hot tub.

I had a very relaxing time at this hotel. I loved the outside sitting area. 

Great Atmosphere 

I had a great time! It started off rough but I was accommodated well for my issue! My Daycation was so relaxing and the atmosphere was wonderful. I love it and plan on doing it again soon.
