Amara Cay Resort

Amara Cay is such a cute little resort nestled half way through the keys! I Wanted to get away and find a chill beach/pool to hang out at for memorial day and this was it. The pool is a bit smaller than what the pictures make it seem and the beach is also a small man made stretch as most are around the keys but we loved laying on the beach and had a great time. The drive from Miami was not as long as going all the way to key west, so its was perfect for a day trip! The bar had good drinks and food and happy hour started at 5 which was a great way to end the day before grabbing dinner. Would definitely book again.

Great Resort! 

Loved the tiki huts by the ocean and the pool area. Clean property, super friendly staff. will definitely go back!

We really enjoyed the fun day, good places, nice kind of beach, everything clean, nice people,  good pool, the only not good there aren't changerooms. 4.8 stars

Almost everything good

Had a great afternoon at Amara Cay!  The resort was of great value for our family of 7.  Looking at staying there in the future 

Great resort location, great service!

The outside is beautiful and very relaxing area but at the front desk one of the lady mention that we have kayak and paddle board complementary but thats no true is only available for hotel guest the pool was super full all the time but we know that was a lot people staying at the hotel this weekend one of the lady at the front was very rude at my boyfriend we are planing to buy bottles of water at the bar in the pool the bartender mention that at the front desk we have free bottles of water and when he ask for it she very rude said $5 you are not staying at the hotel as a guest very miss communication between staff around the hotel. The resort is beautiful very quiet and thats great but they really need better people for costumer service we paid $125 per person just to spend the day and the experience is was not that I expected 

Sunday memorial weekend 

My wife and I actually got married at Amara Cay several years ago and loved it.  But maybe new chefs, but food wasn't good at all.  We had breakfast and lunch, both very disappointing. Facilities are very nice and Staff are AMAZING.

Little disappointed 

Amara Cay was amazing! The beach area was so beautiful and the pool is so nice! I love my day there! Between the pool and beach theres a Tiki hut with a bar! 

Great Resort

This resort is so gorgeous and peaceful! The lobby has picturesque seating and bar with a great happy hour that starts at 5. The pool is the perfect temp, with a beach entrance and plenty of lounge chairs all around it. There is easy access to the beach where there is corn hole, table tennis and a few other fun little games to keep yourself entertained! So many beautiful spots at this resort to take photos and just enjoy the view!! The pool bar makes amazing drinks and delicious food as well.

We had a great time! The staff is very friendly and helpful and the place is clean and beautiful! I will totally recommend.

Everything was wonderful expect the food. The price of the food is insane for the lack of quality. Otherwise a great resort.
