We reserved a day bed at Alto for our last few hours before flying back home and it was the perfect last day of vacation. The day bed is perfect for two people (there were four of us so it was little tight). The food was AMAZING, the perfect options for lunch, and the drinks were great too. 

Perfect Sunday at Alto!

Enjoyed a beautiful afternoon at Alto again while visiting New Orleans to break up all the walking around. Staff were attentive & friendly. Grounds were refreshed & clean. 

Perfect afternoon of relaxation 

The lounge chairs came to about $90 each with taxes and fees and most of them were falling apart. They were thin, uncomfortable, and ratty - there were only a few that were cushioned as shown on the website. Entry seems extremely overpriced considering you do not get a chair unless you pay that high fee. Drinks were about $16 each. For a high price point, I'd expect higher quality.

Me and my girlfriends really enjoyed this rooftop for my birthday as we visited at night time. Please book you will not regret.

Best rooftop

Its too bad we couldnt change our reservation. We paid over 150 for the two of us and it was unexpected cold and clouds that day. I am so disappointed. The pool guy was late and we werent even offered anything to compensate us. 

Bad weather 

Used resortpass for a nice pool day at the ace hotel rooftop. Everything was comfortable, drinks were nice, food was absolutely delicious - shout out to the chef who was amazing. 
Would have been 5* but cleanliness wasnt perfect in places and you have to get up and go to the bar to order food/drinks, no lounger service. Otherwise perfect.

Perfect view, good drinks and pizza. Top client service. Also loved the peace environment (we were there in a Monday afternoon).

Great location

Nice setup, fun vibe. Not too busy on a Friday. Should get there early for some tables in the back, otherwise you may just sit poolside.
