Amazing cabanas - so comfy, with shaded seating and two water loungers over looking the pool bar. Very convenient to the infinity pool. Service was excellent, we had a dedicated server who checked in on us all day. Loved the food and the drinks. Immediately booked another cabana day at this hotel before we even left because we enjoyed ourselves so much.

I would actually give this place 4.5 stars if I could.  This place is fantastic!  We had the pool chairs and it was worth it! Great view, great drinks and good service at the bar.  The only issue we had was for spending the money we did on pool chairs we had absolutely no servers.  He came and introduced himself then disappeared foreverrrrr.  We mentioned it a couple times at the bar but they were like oh well.   Other than that it was great!

Outstanding service! Delicious menu options! Rented a cabana for a local day-cation and had a fabulous day. Highly recommend - exceeded expectations!

Relax & Rejuevenate

The property is beautiful, but the clientele is not what I would expect at a luxury property. I should have known when I was the only person who purchased an in-water lounge chair there was a reason. This is not adults-only. Unsupervised kids will be climbing on your chair and splashing you. Not afraid to get wet, but wasnt expecting my phone and clothes to be soaked. And I have 3 kids- so I understand but this was not how it was explained. Waste of money, not enjoyable.  Get the basic pool pass and find a more private chair. DJ was awesome.

Disappointed 

The pool was great early but got very crowded by 11 am, every lounge chair that was not reserved were occupied-so get there early. There is lemon infused water for your water bottle, and two blue pool towels are provided. There is a partial ocean view from the pool, but not from some of the lounge chairs. Very friendly staff and many children, a lot in swim diapers/strollers/screaming.

Hi there, I stayed at the Alohalani for 5 nights 25-30 August just gone, I was on holiday with 5 other family members and tried to book a cabana for Saturday 26th, I was told it was completely booked out.  So we then booked it for the 25th and stayed all day.   
When we returned to the pool bar the next day on the 26th only two cabanas had anyone in them, not being able to book kind of changed out whole holiday plans.
Whilst the staff were nice, the price for this cabana was completely outrageous for a week day time slot when there hardly anyone else there.   We do not wish to receive any discounts for further visits as we would not be booking there again.

over priced

We stayed as guests at Alohilani Hotel.  In order to reserve a cabana or any prime seating lounge chairs, you need to go through Resort Pass.  
I minus a couple of stars because there are only 5 cabanas avail and our family (including a 2 yr toddler) was next to the dj's cabana where the music was very very loud.  It was not a relaxing experience with booming music.  For over $400... We were expecting to have a relaxed time in our cabana. What good is a TV in the cabana if all you can hear is the BOOMING MUSIC.  We could barely hear ourselves talk!!! Also, beware that this pool is very very busy with a mix of adults and lots of children sharing the eternity pool and the hot tub.  Love this hotel as it is in walking distance of the beach and eateries we love. Not so sure I would spend this type of money on seating at a pool again.
