I love this place. Pool is great. View of Waikiki Beach  Service drinks wine choices and food are all fantastic. Servers are so nice. Atmosphere is fun low key guests families and kids all having a great time yet respectful. 

Great pool location and amenities 

We did this as we were staying at an air bnb and wanted a change of scenery for the day. Staff at front desk were rude when asking about standard process for the pass. I was told to check in there for more information by another staff member in concierge. Pool gal who checked us in was also rude and just seems like the staff w exception of servers and bartenders were disgruntled. I stayed at outrigger last year and completely different experience there in comparison to this hotel. They were also short w guests as well. Lots of kids in the pool which I understand but didn't anticipate.

It was fabulous fabulous staff, location, service, friendly people accommodations. The drinks were excellent and the food was outstanding. I had a wonderful time. I had such a good time. No Good Dj

The great: 
-service is friendly & quick. Our server Brianna was excellent!
-the locale and set up is super photogenic
-the food was good and portioned well for what you pay.
-its an intimate pool deck so its a safe feeling space, especially if you have children.
-loved that on a Tuesday (Kam Day Holiday) they were playing legit jazz music at Swell and not house music. The vibe of the day was super chill versus it feeling like Vegas. 

The okay:
-We asked for service on some specific issues with our cabana which was handled very quickly and with professionalism. Again big kudos to the staff there. 

Overall it the cabana was money well spent for our family to be able to make new memories at. Next time, we want to get that premium corner cabana! 

Great Family Time

Great location, staff was friendly, and the pool and bar area is cute. We had no problem getting a chair, towels were provided and they had lemon water, sun block and after sun lotion complimentary too. The food and drinks at the pool bar was tasty, and they even came around with free little cookies at one point. View of Waikiki from the endless pool edge was perfect. Definitely recommend! 

Relaxing, great views 

I used resort pass for the Alohilani Resort Waikiki & had a wonder day. My experience was awesome. There was plenty of open free lounge chairs servers came around regularly to take food and drink orders. It was clean. The pools were amazing. I had a great time and would definitely do this again. 

The perfect day

We booked a Cabana for the day prior to leaving from airport in the evening. It was a great way to end the trip. Teens could enjoy the beach and shops of Waikiki while parents lounged on the sofas in the shade and listened to the good music. Attentive service. Comfortable Cabana. Good food. Would definitely recommend. 

Nice vibe, good service

Not the best views in town, but an excellent cabana including loungers in the sun and a wading pool in front of a very private shaded cabana. Excellent service and good food. 

Excellent service, perfect cabana

My daughter and I used the pool at Alohilani for a change of pace. The vanishing edge pool was gorgeous!  You can also see the ocean from the pool. The waitstaff already had our reserved loungers ready for us. We had pia colada smoothies which were really good, as well.
