AC Hotel Miami Aventura

We stayed at the AC Aventura after we disembarked the cruise ship, before our late flight. We were able to use the pool and lounge facilities which we clean and beautiful. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly accommodating, letting us use the phone, providing us with needed feminine hygiene products, and allowing us to borrow a suitcase weigh scale. We would come back here in a heartbeat!!

Our experience was amazing, we had the best bar tender, and the food was delicious.

Parking was great, getting to the pool area was very easy. Super friendly staff and clean bathrooms. Water was great. I believe its a salt water system. Food was good too! The bar tender lady was very very nice. Cant remember her name, hispanic. She was so friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back. Sorry i cant remember your name.

Loved everything 

I needed a day just to relax and soak up some sun. It was perfect day, the right amount of people, not crowded at all and family friendly. The pool area was clean. We were served by Yolanda, she was awesome and attentive. Lunch menu was tasty but not a big selection. Drinks were yummy. I would come back again. 

Great location

Overall, the set up is great and Chairs comfortable.  Check-in is simple and there are plenty of restrooms available to change in.   Free parking was also convenient.

Just two issues:  The outside shower doesn't work (or was broken).  The signs encourage people to shower before swimming but not possible without working shower.  And I really appreciate a pool shower to rinse away the chlorine from my skin after swimming.  No shower or alternative offered.

Second issue, no water fountain or source of drinking water by the pool.  Surprisingly there was not even water fountain by the bathroom.   As it's easy to get dehydrated in heat there really should be way to get water especially since outside food and drink is prohibited.   There is a bar but it closed at 5pm so was no where to even ask about getting a drink after 5pm.

If those were fixed would be great. 

Overall Great-But shower broke & no water to drink

Customer service at its best, front desk clerks amazing, very clean, peaceful and quiet.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff was great and friendly. The pool was relaxing and pleasant. Wasn't crowded. Food and bar were great. Perfect location and close to the mall and other attractions such as the Brightline train
