The front desk agent checking in was so kind, I think her name might have been Kaitlyn.. service was quick at the pool! We had an amazing time! We will be back! 

Awesome lazy river 

Please note that if you are black the chances of you being served, acknowledged or helped is very slim. My sister and I decided to do a visit and was excited as it was much needed. Once settled, we decided to order food, we lifted the blue flag and waited for our waiter. He came around but never acknowledged or greeted us or asked if we were ready to order. He served everyone else around us, the family to the left, front and behind us received his services. (Also the families were white) 

After witnessing this two more times and the last time he deliberately looked over us and kept moving. I went to speak with a manager to share the experience, the manager took our order and said the food would be delivered. Lets just say we never got the food and we waited over an hour.

As much as I hope this wasn't the case, it clearly was and we left not feeling welcomed or valued from both the manager and server. 

Horrible Service 

One of the best days to date. The staff are always friendly. Check-in is a breeze. Wonderful atmosphere.

Good times 

Check in was smooth.  No added fees except parking.  Food/drinks were great - extra charge.  We had a great day on the lazy river!  DJ played most of the day.  No issues getting food or drinks.  Zero complaints.

Amazing day!

What a great family day with the grandkids. We had so much fun on the water slide and relaxing in the lazy river. Poolside service delivered right to our longe chairs. Lunch was delicious too. It was a perfect day. We will definitely return.


Fun in the sun

The resort was beautiful. Going to book a stay. Kids had tons to do at the pool. They loved the lazy River and the water slide. Staff very friendly and helpful. 

Beautiful resort

We enjoyed our afternoon there, but just too many water shoots on lazy river. And one the hot tubs was not working. Other then that we liked the resort.
