Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town

The front desk did not supply all keys that were asked for guests.
We did not get all complementary items removed on bill.
Ama our server was fantastic and made the experience fun, the bar tender was very slow with drinks, but was short staffed and newer, understandable.
The surrounding Cabanas paid about half as much to book thru other party.
View was great, pool was clean.


Resort Pass, Cabana, Canopy Old Town

Cool rooftop pool for an afternoon getaway. Lots of places to hang out on the roof, but it did get a little crowded. It was also a Saturday afternoon, so totally understandable, but would definitely go back

Canopy Old Town

Basically a nice experience. Was not sure how our food/beverage minimum and tip was calculated. I was told I satisfied the minimum but after calculating what was ordered there was a $65 credit remaining for me to use - which was not used. I also tipped the server

Great service, everything was impeccably clean, the lounge chairs were also very comfortable.

Pool and restaurant pass - resort pass 

It's a very nice pool area with greats of the valley, Scottsdale and the mountains. The loungers are wonderful. Heated pool was still a bit chilly bit manageable. Hot tub was super wonderful! Great little spot to hang for the day. Easy to find as well. 

Ladies day! 

Came to visit Scottsdale and I wanted a relaxing day by the pool! Views were absolutely beautiful, staff was friendly. The pool wasn't overcrowded and was an adult environment. Stayed to watch the sunset. Parking was included. Overall it was a great day and I enjoyed it so much I went back again the next day!

Beautiful Views

Had a great time here amazing food and drinks and view of camel back mountain. Loved that the day pass also included parking. Only reason I am knocking off a star is because my group of 4 I went with, purchased 4 day beds and there were only 2 available in separate areas of the pool until hours later in the day when the sun was going down and we were leaving (along with most people clearing out) so we didn't all get to lay out in the day beds and had to sit around the bar/restaurant area or be in the actual pool to keep our group together. Still had a good time but wouldnt go here again for a resort pass unless I was alone or with 1 other person to ensure I got two beds together as it is busier.

Always very nice, clean and courteous staff. My only issue is that when it gets hot please open the umbrellas! I was told that it would be done, but it did not hsppen
