My sister and I had a great time at the pool. Pool attendants offered pitchers of iced water throughout our stay at the pool on a very hot day.

Day Pass

Drinks were insanely overpriced and unfortunately most of the water amenities were closed. We paid for the lazy river and the water slides, and of course when we got there, those were the only two attractions that weren’t working. I wish they would’ve said something on the site before we booked it, because they didn’t tell us until we got there and it was too late to cancel.

Adventure Pool Cabana

Our family recently rented a cabana at the Kierland Weston. We had a great experience! The staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered both food and drinks, and our server frequently checked in with us throughout the day to assist with ordering. Everyone in our family enjoys this family friendly resort! We'll be back again!

The Westin is a beautiful hotel and the amenities there are great. The slide wasn’t working the day we were there but we received a credit and will go back!

Day Pass

Had a really fun day! Got there early and there were a lot of tubes deflated. The lazy river got quite busy in the afternoon, so it would have been nice to have those deflated tubes available. Seems like a team should go around and inflate those first thing in the morning when it is quiet. Side note: They seemed to purchase some additional tubes (pink and blue striped), but they are not as durable as the original ones they had. Wouldn't invest in those again.

Adult Pool Cabana

Love the Westin Kierland Resort and the facilities. Great service (thanx Abigail). Knocking off 1 star because of very few inner tubes at the lazy river.

Day Pass

Westin Kierland is one of our favorite places to go to spend a day at the pool. We love that they have an adult pool, which is relaxing, great servers, and a very nice mellow vibe. No running children, no getting splashed, or kicked, or a nerf ball thrown into your head. I highly recommend you seek out the adult pool at the Westin if you don’t enjoy the aforementioned. 😆

Day Pass

An off day. We do love the location and this pool, especially since it has a lazy river. We were given misinformation by various employees. The slide unexpectedly stopped working. We were told the lazy river was closing early. We were told there were two times available for flow rider, but then we were informed it was closed for the day. The kitchen closes fairly early at 4 so unfortunately, we didn’t get food in time. Hopefully the renovations to the slide and lazy river will improve the experience. Until then we will visit other resorts.
