Very dull and bare bones. No services. The pool was clean. Doesn’t look like anything in the pictures.

Cabana

This was my first time getting a cabana because I have visitors from out of town. Absolutely the best experience. Pool side service was great! The cabana for shade was really nice. I've recommended this location to many locals.

Day Pass

The pool itself was the perfect temperature and was clean. We were the only people at the pool for most of the day. There was music playing but it was so low I had to ask a couple of people to turn it up so it could be heard from the pool. Once it was turned up, it was still pretty low and could only really be heard from the sidewalk next to the speaker which was a bummer. The food was good and prices were decent for a hotel, but because it is the low season the service was slower than normal. Overall, it was a good day.

Cabana

We had an excellent experience in the low key setting. Parking was easy and included. . . and included "in and out" privileges. People at front desk were friendly and helpful. The cabana itself was as advertised-couch, TV and fridge and a safe for valuables. It actually looks like the pictures! Chairs and towels were clean and plentiful. Pool staff was very nice and helpful. They were always checking to make sure we ahd everything we needed. We were not looking for a "scene" and this met our needs. There was no music or pool bar etc. . . which was great for us. Watching the planes land at Scottsdale airport over the golf course was plenty of entertainment for us!

Cabana

Upon arriving at the front desk, I was told that I should just go down to the pool as everything was all set-up and my name would be in a sign. My family and I get to the pool to find no sign. I attempt to call the front desk and for 10 minutes there was no answer to my call. I went back to the front desk, waited again, explained my situation and the clerk said someone would be down in 30 minutes to set it up. The main reasons we reserved the cabana was for the TV to watch the USA World Cup game. Turned the TV on and there is NO cable, just streaming. They sent a manager and maintenance to try and solve the problem to no avail. My wife finally purchased the streaming service we needed to watch the game. Management at the Marriott said that there wasn’t any concessions they could make to make me feel like they cared and understood my situation. We were the only cabana rented yesterday and pretty much the only people at the pool. If it wasn’t for us the pool waiter wouldn’t have made a dime. The said part is that, I’m a platinum Marriott member, worked for Marriott for 10 years up until several months ago and we spent $250 on drinks and food, $100 on the cabana and left feeling like Marriott could have cared less whether we were there or not! Side note, the waiter was amazing, the shining light of the day! I feel as if your company should pursue Marriott and get a t Duna for the $100 cabana rental fee.
