The handcrafted redwood soaking tubs, inspired by the Japanese Ofuro tradition, allow you body and mind to heal both physiologically and emotionally. Hot water baths of short duration are stimulating and detoxifying, while warm baths of longer duration are sedative and relaxing. Naturopathica's Sweet Birch and Magnesium bath flakes help to refresh sore muscles and overall fatigue. Can also be done with cold water. Cold water invigorates circulation, reduces inflammation, and accelerates muscle recovery. Also great on hot days.
