Join Nick and Paulina of Breath of Life Wellness for an immersive breathwork session guiding guests to calm the mind, release tension, and deepen body awareness. Through conscious breathing, meditation, music, and reflection, participants experience a restorative journey supporting emotional wellness and renewal.
