  • October 2nd | A Sound Healing & Journaling Experience | Create space to pause and reconnect. Settle into soothing sound healing as you journal, meditate, or simply be still. Pink attire encouraged. Arrive as you are and leave feeling lighter and renewed.
  • October 9th | Sunset Yoga Flow & Sound Healing | As the sun sets, enjoy a gentle flow to release tension, followed by restorative sound healing to ground the mind and ease into the evening feeling calm and renewed.
  • October 16th | Introduction to Breathwork | Designed for beginners, this experience offers a supportive space to slow down, tune inward, and connect with the natural rhythm of your breath.
  • October 30th | Boo & Flow: Halloween Yoga | Celebrate Halloween with a fun twist. Wear your favorite costume and enjoy an energizing, grounding flow. Costumes are encouraged and enter you for a chance to win a Specialty Spa Gift Package. All levels welcome.
