The experience is designed to leave guests feeling refreshed, present, and deeply connected—to themselves, their breath, and nature. It offers a peaceful opportunity to slow down, reset, and experience the restorative qualities of mindful movement in the heart of the vineyard.
Guests will begin with a 30-minute all-levels Vinyasa yoga flow designed to gently awaken the body, release tension, and cultivate mindful movement. We’ll then transition into an intentional walk through the vineyard, where participants will be guided through grounding, clearing, and centering breathwork practices while connecting with the beauty and tranquility of the surrounding landscape.
