The minimum age to consume alcoholic beverages is 18 years old and guests must present a valid photo ID. Children must be over 3.3 ft to participate in the Manatee program.

A $3 USD ISEPAAA tax, required by the State of Quintana Roo, is collected at check-in for all marine animal activities.
