New Releases: September 2026

September brought richer property pages, a brand new gifting flow, and major improvements to our Spa booking experience.

Here are the highlights from what we shipped in September.

Consumer Highlights

  • Highlighting areas within each property

Every hotel we work with has its own set of incredible spaces — pools, spas, pickleball courts, fitness centers, restaurants, and more. With our latest update, hotels can show off the richness of their properties, and guests get much more clarity on what their ResortPass booking actually gets them access to.

  • Clearer merchandising for an expanding catalog

As our hotel and spa partners bring more and more of the amenities they offer onto ResortPass (treatments, day rooms, cabanas, events, and more), a long, flat list of products stops working. In September we improved how we merchandised products on our property pages, so that a property with fifty experiences feels as easy to scan as one with five.

  • A better way to gift ResortPass

We have always known that gifting is one of the core use cases for ResortPass. After all, where else can a single gift card unlock thousands of ways to rest and recharge for someone special? In September, we made it much easier to discover and buy gift cards across our marketplace. Now you can send a gift card directly from any of our hotel pages, powered by the same frictionless checkout that exists for all our experiences.

Partner Highlights

In September we further strengthened our experience as the most convenient way to book a day of wellness.

  • Spa booking via Book4Time API integration

For Spas using Book4Time, we launched a direct API integration to further the guest experience and simplify spa operations. This integration enables guests to select an exact time slot for their treatment, pick a gender for their provider, and complete their booking, all on ResortPass. It also lets spas list their services on ResortPass and manage price and inventory right from the system they already use, with no new tools to learn.

  • Gratuity, handled

For spa services booked on ResortPass, the one moment that still felt improvised was the end: a cash tip, a line on a paper slip, a guest wondering if they'd already paid for it. Guests can now add gratuity right at checkout, so that once they get that massage or have that perfect spa day, they can just walk right out.
