Day Pass

We didn’t get to experience this pool, because when we arrived with our resort pass the pool wasn’t even open. The hotel guest were very kind, but now we are just trying to get our money back. They told us that resort pass shouldn’t have even had their pool available to book!

Spa Pass

The spa itself was clean and a great place to relax and enjoy. However, my experience with customer service was disappointing and did not meet the level of hospitality I expected, especially from a business associated with Hilton standards. When I first called to book, the customer service representative was unprofessional. I explained that I was staying at the Midtown Hilton Hotel, which does not have a spa, and that I am a Hilton Diamond member, so I wanted to understand the benefits and services available. Unfortunately, she only mentioned the pricing over the phone and did not provide enough information about the services or benefits. In addition, the call was disconnected before I was even able to finish asking my questions. Despite this, I decided to book online for the next day. When I arrived at the spa, the front desk staff asked for my name. I clearly pronounced my name as “Aleem,” but her approach felt very cold and serious. My name is only four letters and not difficult to pronounce, especially after I repeated it in a simple way. She spent time looking it up on the computer, but there was no welcoming attitude, smile, or friendly interaction. She directed me to wait in the lounge area and later called me over without even mentioning my name. I followed her, and she briefly showed me the dry spa area before walking away. Overall, the interaction felt unfriendly and impersonal, even though the front desk was not busy at the time. I truly believe the level of customer service I experienced does not reflect Hilton’s usual standards of hospitality and professionalism. I hope management will provide additional customer service training to ensure guests feel welcomed, respected, and valued. . Thank you for the follow-up

60-Minute Massage or Facial + Spa Pass

My masseuse Jared was AH-Mazing! I felt like I was floating after my massage. The only negative feedback I have was the condition of the massage bed. It was creaking a lot which disrupted my massage a bit. I usually like to just listen to the relaxing music but other than that it was great!

Spa Pass

I love resort pass! Booking is very easy and the hotel selections are great. The Starling Hotel is a great location and very trendy atmosphere. The valet staff was extremely welcoming and proactively helpful with direction to the spa. However the spa staff interaction was very unfavorable. upon check in we werent greeted amicablily, she kept us waiting and then ask to sit while she "checked in actual spa guest" as she put it. We arrived at 10:50a for 11a-2p solt and she didnt check us in until 11:20 and complained that we should have called ahead. We were not getting any spa services just enjoying a day of amenities and we followed the instructions as mapped in the booking details. The spa was avg, very small and we were never checked on during our time there. We ended our time early and while I will use resort pass again it will not be for the Starling.
