Day Room for 2 People

application was extremely easy to navigate. This is especially important when you have been traveling for a very long time and need a rest. I appreciate the attention to detail in the user experience.

Day Room for 4 People

It was a nice room, I got off my cruise at 9 AM and went directly to the hotel since my flight wasn’t until 6pm so just expect to wait in the lobby until 11 am as it stated on the listing. The lobby was busy but that’s because of people having breakfast or checking out. I didn’t have much to do so I doordashed food and relaxed until checked at 4 PM. Better than waiting at the airport for so long but after the fact I thought it was a little pricey especially for the value for myself but I needed something in a pinch. Don’t expect a pool at the property, you’d need to go to the Wyndham down the street, if you see a listing there and want a pool choose that over Tru but if you don’t care then Tru was alright.

Day Room for 4 People

We arrived a few min early and they allowed us to go in. It was so nice to be able to relax before having to go to the airport. We were able to go get lunch without having to drag our suitcases behind us. Then being able to use the shuttle from the hotel to the airport was fantastic. I plan on doing this every time I have a trip and there’s a time difference between me arriving back on shore and flying out. I would highly recommend this.

Day Room for 2 People

The 11 am to 4 pm time limits was far too short for the fee charged. I got there earlier and had to leave to early. The room also only had one seat, a desk chair. A more comfortable chair would have been nice. The staff was otherwise helpful and th airport shuttle was efficient.

Day Room for 4 People

Booked on the last day of my cruise. Came straight from thr port and upon arrival the lobby was extremely crowded. We had to wait an hour because check-in isn't until 11am. Overall I was pleased, the hotel was clean and staff was friendly. I would stay again.

Day Room for 4 People

We needed a day use room since our ship docked early and our flight was not until later in the evening. The lobby was VERY crowded and busy, with people waiting to check in. So it was a bit chaotic. However since we had a day use room we were able to check in and get our room.

Day Room for 4 People

This hotel was great for what I needed. Just came off of a cruise but didn’t have a flight until late afternoon. It was the perfect place for a nap.
