Day Pass

We loved our day at the pool and lunch, however when we got there they said that they DO NO provide pool towels, however the email I received from you said they did so did not bring any and the resort we were staying from was a $29 taxi fee so wasn't about to pay to go back for towels. I had to beg to get 1 towel for the 2 of us which was an inconvenience to us. The cook messed up my lunch order but the restaurant manager apologized for their mix up and offered us complimentary drinks which was sufficient. Beautiful resort and enjoyed the pool

Dont expect much. Nobody comes to you by the pool To take orders. Nobody is around or able to guide you when you arrive at 9am. Head to the spa thats where they do the day pass registration. If you need the use of a pool its a good pool but thats about it.

Great service and amenities. Came here when the power went out at our home and we were able to salvage the day and had a lovely time. Food is great, property is gorgeous, it is usually very quiet.

My daughter and I chose not to go on an excursion with the rest of the family and decided to pamper ourselves a bit. The Tierra del Sol fit the bill. It was so lovely and easy. The only thing I didn’t realize was that we needed to bring our own towels. Perfect day!

Day Pass

Tierra del Sol is a hidden gem for a relaxing getaway. The pool is large and the perfect temperature. But what jumps out is the peace and quiet that comes with a limited number of guests. The chairs are large and the cousins are plush and high-end. The service is very good, friendly, and efficient. Part of your resort fee comes back to you in food and drink credit. We enjoyed a fresh lunch poolside, but you can munch in the pool lounge or the formal restaurant. This visit, my wife tried the spa and said it was the best message she’d ever had. Something tells me that will now be a staple for her on our next visit (this was our second one). Can fare runs about $45-$50 from the cruise ports to this resort community. There is also golf on property, which I’ve found to be fun and challenging. The resort offers ocean and golf views, not to mention iguanas and lizards galore. You must bring your own towels, however, which isn’t convenient. A resort of this quality and with such exclusivity should provide towels.
