Day Pass

The pool - the whole reason we came - was remarkably smaller than it looked in the photos. We definitely felt catfished. The area was also not maintained well at all and there were no lifeguards. it was dirty - there were leaves and other tree droppings all over the concrete and inside the pool. There were also only 4 lounge chairs - that wasn’t apparent in the photos either. Almost as soon as we got there, a bunch of kids took over the pool for a birthday party was so annoying and loud that we left. The guy who checked us in though was very kind!

Day Pass

The pool area is surrounded by nice trees and a landscaped courtyard. The pool and hot tub were clean and in good condition there were clean towels, deck chairs and a few tables and chairs available. There were both shaded and sunny areas around the pool. It was very quiet on a weekday morning. Parking and check-in were straightforward and staff were friendly.

Day Pass

Does not look like the photos. Theres 2 tiny broken speakers and a total of 4 lounge chairs. Only redeeming factor is at least there were drinks available at the hotel mini mart. We left after 10 minutes. Crowne plaza in Chandler is way better for only $5 more

Day Pass

The check-in process was extremely easy, with a very friendly front desk employee who was happy to give us as many pool access keys as needed. There were plenty of towels available by the pool for towel self-service. The pool itself is not very big, but we had it all to ourselves so it was wonderful. The hot tub was nice & hot with a dial to control the bubbles/jacuzzi action. The whole area was lined with beautiful palm trees and fun desert foliage. Highly recommend!

No lounge chair in sun. Had to drag own chair into sun. No towel set up.
