Day Pass

Unfortunately, our experience was a little disappointing. The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming upon arrival. I also booked the day pass under the impression that food and drinks would be available for purchase during our visit, but we learned that the restaurant/bar wouldn’t open until several hours later. We were told there would be towels available at the pool, but when we arrived, there were none, so I had to return to the front desk to request them. The pool itself also had coins and toys left floating in the water, even though we were the only guests using the pool at the time. The bathroom near the pool appeared clean, but unfortunately had a very unpleasant odor. The outdoor patio area was nice and comfortable, but there were used alcoholic glasses left behind on one of the couches, which wasn’t a great look, especially since I was there with my daughter. Overall, the property has potential, but better attention to cleanliness, guest service, and clearer information regarding food availability would have made our experience much more enjoyable.

Day Pass

I had a wonderful experience using the day pass at the Sheraton Jacksonville Hotel. It was the perfect way to relax and recharge without booking an overnight stay. The property was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The pool area was peaceful, and the amenities made it easy to unwind for the day. Whether you're looking for a quick staycation, a place to work remotely, or just a relaxing escape, I highly recommend the Sheraton Jacksonville day pass. I'll definitely be back!

Day Pass

The people were nice. We had the pool and gym to ourselves. Everything was very clean. There were tons of fresh towels to use. Absolutely would go again! Oh - and having an indoor pool during a thunderstorm is a bonus!

Day Pass

Me and my family went for a day trip and wanted a pool to relax in for a few. The hours were great for what we needed. Food and a full bar are available (at a certain time). The bathrooms were clean and the pool was as well. However, there was a good bit of loose pieces of hair around the pool. As if someone walked around the pool brushing their hair. Aside from that, everything was good and I would definitely visit again. The deepest the pool goes to is 4’8 feet. That was perfect for my family but definitely keep that in mind when booking.
