Day Pass

The facility was nice. The people were nice but the prices at the restaurant and the bar were ridiculous. One daiquiri cost $30. I’ve never seen that anywhere in the world.

Cabana

We had a mixed experience. We booked a cabana in August knowing there was a chance the beach would have sargassum, but with the resort's large pool, we felt it was worth the risk. The resort itself is beautiful. The grounds were very well maintained, the views were great, and the pool was large, relaxing, and never felt crowded. Our cabana was also very nice and included its own private wading-style pool around the back, which was a great feature. The only issue with the cabana was that the water had some debris and dead bugs in it. It wasn't terrible, but for a resort at this level and price point, we expected it to be maintained a little better. Unfortunately, the beach was not usable during our visit. It appeared that some of the sargassum on the beach had been burned, as much of the beach was black with what looked like ash, and there were large waves of sargassum in the water. I didn't deduct any stars for this since sargassum is a natural and seasonal issue outside of the resort's control, but it's definitely something to be aware of, especially if you're staying at the resort and the beach is an important part of your trip. On a nice day without the sargassum, I'm sure the beach would be great. The biggest disappointment was the service. The front desk agent who checked us in was excellent—friendly, personable, and thorough in explaining everything. Unfortunately, our cabana attendant was mostly MIA after the initial greeting. We ended up ordering our drinks directly from the bar. When we were ready for lunch, I told her we wanted to order within the next few minutes, but then didn't see her again for another 20–30 minutes. The food and drinks were good, but not quite at the level we expected given the resort and the prices. The drinks seemed weak and somewhat lackluster. We've definitely had better margaritas at much more basic beach bars. We ended up spending just under $300 for lunch and four drinks, in addition to the cost of the cabana. At that price point, we expected more attentive service and somewhat better food and drinks. Overall, the property itself is beautiful, and we really enjoyed the pool and cabana setup. With better service and a little more attention to the details, it could have been an excellent experience. As it was, we left with mixed feelings about whether the experience justified the price.

Cabana

We had an amazing day at the Park Hyatt St. Kitts with ResortPass! We rented a cabana, which made the experience even more relaxing. The property is absolutely beautiful and luxurious! Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The atmosphere was peaceful and never felt overcrowded, so it was easy to truly unwind. The zero-entry pool was perfect for our family—it was great for children as well as older adults. We would absolutely book another ResortPass here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing day in paradise!

Day Pass

Nice resort. Most of the staff very very friendly. The wait staff by the pool were subpar. Then we got hit with a 20% service gratuity. We were encouraged to also tip our wait staff and addition to what we had already tipped. We did have comfortable pool chaise loungers & lunch menu was nice.

Cabana

This was the highlight of two weeks in St Kitts. It was SO amazing we plan to book again on our last full day on the island. The amenities and hospitality are superb. Wishing we could get another cabana.

Day Pass

Check- in was simple. The property was absolutely stunning. The pool was great for small children. The staff was so kind. Food & drinks were great albeit expensive. The only downside was the beach was so covered in sea weed, you couldn’t get in the water. I wish we could’ve stayed longer! Highly recommend.
