Day Pass

Facilities and amenities were great but the check in process was awful and confusing. You have to use a kiosk and do a video call with a random person in another country. They say they're gonna call the housekeeping person but the front desk isn't consistently staffed and the onsite people aren't always informed of what amenities are included with ResortPass (I specifically had to ask for certain things I'd already paid for). I would give them 5 stars if their front desk people could just constantly check in ResortPass users and give us the amenities we paid for, without our needing to ask.

Day Room

Is always it was a wonderful day trip to St. Augustine. The staff at Ocean Sands are so wonderful, kind and accommodating! Their amenities and rooms are impeccable, clean and the decor is modern and unique. The beach access is short and and just a walk away! We will definitely be doing it again.

Day Room

Stay far away from this place. On arrival there is a kiosk in the lobby with a person named Milo that came on the screen. They insisted on a credit card before they gave me a room key for a $50 deposit. I would not. To not ruin our day I gave a $100 cash deposit. Took over a half hours ur to get the deposit back. They had to check the room first. I am 67 f driving a luxury car w my daughter, granddaughter and a friend. In 67 years I have never had a room inspected before being given a deposit back. They sell junk from the room… Don’t want your junk. Just wanted a day stay hotel Will not be back.

Day Pass

Beverly, our host, was more than excellent. She went out of her way to show us some rooms for a future rental. We will return sometime in the future.

Day Pass

We really enjoyed our day at Ocean Sands Beach Boutique Inn. Wasn't crowded. My 10yr old grandson, daughter and I enjoyed the beach for a few hours then went to the pool. Showers outside and convenient restrooms. We'll be returning. Perfect beach/pool day.
