Daybed

I brought my husband to the LBC Hyatt Centric pool for the roof top poolside drinks experience. Not only is the pool super small with nothing over 4 ft, but unfortunately even though it was a Saturday afternoon, the bar wasn't open. www had to then go downstairs to the coffe shop/bar and grab drinks from their cooler. They offered a better deal w a bucket which requires 10 beer cans. We didn't drink them all of course. Idk why a server wouldn't be at the pool on a Sat. Then they played music over speakers and another cabana came and started playing banda musica. I didn't think that were suppose to play our own music, but when unsupervised ... why not I guess. We left shortly after. Just a different vibe.

Daybed

Great location! Small pool but it was fresh for the weather and not many people were around either. The daybed was great, relaxing and had two side tables. Great view from the rooftop!

Daybed

The pool and surrounding area were very clean. Fellow pool guests were polite. I was disappointed by the limited food options; the main restaurant is closed from 1-4pm and the pool bar had only cold sandwiches and limited snacks. But otherwise it was a good experience.

Pool didn't feel that heated it only goes to 4 ft and is kind of small. They say you can't bring drinks but the bar/food area was closed and I'm handicapped at the moment so couldn't go up and downstairs to get drinks/food. Lots of kids. The views were great.

Cabana

Went to this rooftop pool for a second time after my wife and I had fun on our initial visit for our anniversary. We invited our friends this time and they had a blast, we will definitely book the cabana again!

Poolside Pike Sectional

I’ve been here 2 times the first time it was great. Service and people were great. This 2nd time i decided to celebrate my bday with some friends. It wasn’t great the bar at the rooftop wasn’t in service we had to keep going downstairs for drinks. I reserved 2 Cabanas and 1 sectional. 2 of the cabanas were reserved but my sectional wasn’t. Another party was using it. They offered another sectional on the other side of the cabanas but why would I have to use another sectional separate from the cabanas ? I made a complaint and said they can’t reimburse me because another sectional was offered! Disappointed

The staff was so nice, the pool was refreshing and very clean, and the drinks were delicious! My favorite part was the other guests, they were nice, fun and diverse! I will come back, the ocean breeze was terrific.
