All-Inclusive Full Day Pass

Overall : I would say it was a good experience downside drinks are extremely watered down so it’s better to just order it straight if you want something strong. We opted for the full-day pass from 9 AM to 11 PM. We arrived at 10 AM and stayed until 10 PM. The service was excellent. I would definitely make sure to bring extra money for tipping. Additionally, they have a hospitality room with a shower where you can change into different outfits if you wish. You can leave your luggage with the bellboy while you explore the resort. However, please keep all your electronics with you. I expected the food to be really good, but it was really mid but overall a good experience.

All-Inclusive Day Pass

Great family place, great drinks and the snack bar is great! Same with the Buffett restaurant. Staff are friendly and had lots of entertainment for Easter for the kids. The only downside was the restaurant where the sushi was was way too hot and food was not that great. All in all amazing fun day.

Daybed

We enjoyed our time at Sapphire Dreams resort. The location was clean and tidy, and service was good throughout the day with regular (but not too frequent) check-ins by staff. The day bed was comfortable and staff provide towels for going down to the beach. The beach was clean and access to the ocean was easy. The food was very good and having multiple bar and restaurant options was nice. All of the amenities/facilities were clean and well-maintained. Important notes: - We thought booking the daybed, based on the pictures on the website, meant it would be down by the beach. This is not the case. The daybeds are by the pool and the cabanas by the ocean are first come, first served. This would have been helpful to know prior to booking and likely would have changed our reservation for a cheaper alternative. - The environment is enjoyable, but we would not say it is very relaxing. Throughout the day, they had regularly scheduled Zumba, water aerobics, and games/activities with loud music. If you like a lively environment, this may not be a downside as it seems anyone is welcome to participate, but we were hoping for a more relaxing place to spend the day. - We taxied from PDC to Dreams Sapphire for about $35 USD, but the trip back was closer to $60. Unsure if this was due to traffic or just an upcharge by the resort taxi staff, but notable for other travelers. Overall, we had a good time at this resort, but we may look to other options for a relaxing stay in the future.

Daybed

This resort was super nice! All the spaces were clean and well kept. We paid for a sun bed and they had one ready for us; there were a few to choose from. They gave us plenty of towels. We mostly used the swim up bar and the restaurants, but the servers were attentive enough as well. The beach was nice and there were plenty of showers for your sandy feet or body. I used the gym while there and that was really well equipped. We had no problems checking in at the desk; they were very friendly, but they have security at the outer gates and that was a little tricky since we were in an Uber and they didn't have us on the reservation list since we weren't staying there. There were plenty of families with kids there but the overall vibe was pretty calm and mature.

Club Daybed

Overall the resort was nice and the food was good, especially in the blue water grill. We purchases the preferred club with indigo day bed. When we checked in, they told us there were no beds available at the Preferred Club Pool so they said they would put us in one around the main pool, which we felt was fine. When we went to the area, the concierge tried to stick us in an old metal frame bed that looked like it was ready to fall apart and they were located away from the pool behind the better beds and we refused to be put there. (See attached photos) Then the concierge told us we should try and work something out with the front desk and I reminded him that we don't work there and he should go do that and untill something was sorted we were taking one of the pool side beds. Hector from the front desk who said there were no beds in the preferred club pool came over and he eventually relented that they had a bed available at the preferred club now and we were taken there. They assigned us one that was suitable and it was obvious that there were 4 other beds available and two remained available for the rest of the day. So we were not impressed that we were lied to so they could upsell the beds to other guests when we paid for one. Other than that it was a good stay but may not return again.
