The staff Is friendly and the drinks are good. We had a cabana for a day and it was great, loads of fun.

Great location in Key West.

We celebrated a birthday at the cabana and the service was impeccable. The prices were reasonable. We had a really nice time. Will definitely do it again!

Great location and service

Maybe rest of resort much better but the pineapple pool cabana was two stained lounge chairs under a moldy cabana. Pool tiny with no view. Resort looks nothing like the pictures. Tried to cancel after seeing it day before. ResortPass ignored emails and have no way to call. Get day pass maybe there is somewhere decent but dont waste money on cabanas.

Do Not waste Your Money

The pineapple pool area is tired.  The  drinks are food are just above mediocre. Our server, Victoria, was attentive.

Southernmost is tired

My husband and I did a cabana at the Pineapple Pool, Sean the bartender was great! 

Great experience 

The beach view cabana's do not have direct beach access. A short walk will take you to a safe place to enter the water. 

The cabana however was in a very quiet section of the resort which was great for napping and relaxing. 

There is apparent hurricane damage to some of the former sun bathing decks, so those are not available. 

We spent some time in one of three of their pools, the one closest to our cabana, and the largest one on property. It was standard, and we enjoyed it. 

Our server Autumn was great. She offered great recommendations, and overall made sure we had everything we needed. We ordered several drinks and an appetizers for lunch, which we have no complaints about. 

While I do think there is some work around atmosphere and logistics that could improve, I would still come again. I don't think this would be a good option for those who typically select 5 star accommodations and experiences.

Rest & Relax 

The location was really nice . However when we got there, there were not enough beach chairs for us initially. We had to split, eventually we all got together. It is first come first come policy for the public beach area. They also have pool area and a private area as well. The restaurant food was phenomenal and you must try. We had a fantastic time at the beach besides the little hiccups.

Great Location

One of their pools has an excellent view of the water, lots of music and drinks. Good times!

Great view 

Service was great. Jasmine was super helpful directing us to our Cabana and getting us set up with Amire (hope I spelled his name right) the bartender who was just amazing. Decent live music kept a cool vibe going all day. Other guests were all friendly as well. Recommend checking it out.
