Close to a lot of restaurants and a great pool with hot tub! Very calm and relaxing pool. 

Great location

Great city views, chaises on all sides to catch the sun, and pool/hot tub were great temps. The hotel complex has multiple restaurants onsite for lunch/snacks which made it easy to get food mid-day! 

Great Location

Its a great location and the pool is beautiful. Though it was 90 degrees it was still technically the off season so the bar was closed which was a little inconvenient having to get food from downstairs and bring it up. The only thing I didn't like was there was literally NO employee to be seen for the 6 hours I was there. It was windy so there were plastic cups flying anround and it needed general cleaning. On a hot Texas day you know people are at the pool. Send some type of attendant at least once every 2 or so hours to empty the trashes and pick up towels and trash.

Peaceful evening, great lighting and atmosphere with fire pits lit, hot tub and heated pool. Very nice restrooms near for changing near pool access, clean and modern. 
Relax in the infinity pool and hot tub as you view the lights of the city that surround you. A drone light show at night was pretty cool to see while looking at the night sky. 
Will stay here 100% when returning to Dallas. In the heart of downtown near art district, great dining of all kinds, and historic architecture. 
The day pass was well worth it! 
Helpful and kind staff at the desk were also very nice and accommodating.

The speakers by the do not work and all the drinks are very expensive. No music surround by kids. The staff is very nice and helpful and the view is great but this is not worth $50/person. 

Waste of money

We booked 3 day passes for the pool and were sorely disappointed in our experience. Not only were there no chairs available when we arrived at the time listed because of the crowd, there was no poolside service as listed in the amenities. The pool was cool in temperature, but the rating of 9/10 stars was very misleading. We will not be booking again.
