Excellent service! Amazing view of the beach with the pier. The pool is nice but everyone hangs out in the more shallow pool art of the pool. The pool goes from shallow to deep with no mid point. Besides that, the staff is courteous and makes sure you are comfortable.

Excellent service!

Had 1 shower for daypass costumers and stored our luggage but asked for tips for storing the luggage. Main building was dated but looked like they were starting to renovate. Pool was heated, sunbeds comfy. Area quite clean but lots of noise from different machines all the time. Beach was decent but other parts of Miami/Fort Lauderdale are much nicer considering the beach/sand/cleaniness. High end area with lots of tall luxurious buidlings which makes the whole pool/beach area going into complete shadow after 2 PM. Located in the Russian area of Miami. Would recommend for a daypass but not for a general stay.

Perfect for post-cruise before flight

From the first step in the resort to the beach everything was devine. 

Beautiful Resort

Absolutely wonderful.
Beach not crowded and plenty of seat on the beach.
We didn't arrive until about noon. The chairs around the pool were taken but within 20 minutes we found chairs that other's had left and I noticed that it appeared that everyone had a chair around the pool.
The pool is heated so don't expect a cold refreshing pool but it was comfortable to swim in and the beach is just on the other side of the pool.
Everyone that worked there was wonderful. The mood was great; I attribute it to the staff. Always had a smile on their face- willing to help with anything- they went above and beyond.
My phone needed to be charged- the young man out by the towels offered to plug it into an outlet behind where he was standing and watch the phone while it charged. I needed it to use for directions to the airport, lifesaver!
Keep in mind the parking is $10.00. They were so fast and efficient, I definitely did not mind paying the $10.00.

Day Pass

Our day pass stay was 100% worth it. The staff was great. Special shoutout to Anthony he was so nice, attentive, and made sure our stay was comfortable. 

Amazing location and great staff

Me and my boyfriend did the day pass to shake up our stay at a different hotel. Yeh hotel itself was beautiful as well as the pool and beach. Our only issue was the people ( which i know is hard to control) but there were children EVERYWHERE and grown men sitting on the floor bc there wasnt enough space

Excellent Family Friendly

Check in was not pleasant. Valet was not available so we had to park across the street.  Service by the pool was very good. You lose the sun in the afternoon because of the building. The welcoming could be a better experience.
