Place was nice but could been better if there were no birds everywhere and there droppings

I was impressed with their gym! Has everything and overlooks the bay. Pool service was attentive. Only the adult pool is heated not the one that is for children though. Lots of seating!

The pool was nice. The service was absolutely lousy. We had to hunt down a server --which it seemed there were only two on staff the day we were there -- every time we needed something, and the service provided was mediocre. There were not enough seats in the cabana for four people -- which is the number we reserved for. When we asked for additional chairs so that four adults could be seated, it seemed we highly inconvenienced the survey. When our bill was tallied at the end, the items included in the ResortPass cabana rental - such as complimentary bottles of water and a % off of our food and drink order -- were not reflected. The service staff was unaware of these benefits, and we spent time explaining our ResortPass reservation and what was supposed to be included. Not sure if the pool was understaffed, had new servers that were inexperienced, or some other issue. But for $250 fee, I would assume a good level of service. Absolutely not worth the $250 we paid. Do not recommend.

I was looking for a local pool with no kids where I could pretend I was on vacation for a day. This was perfect! Affordable, clean, friendly staff, and gorgeous views. I only used the adult pool so I can’t speak to the larger family pool, locker rooms, or fitness center, but this was exactly what I was looking for. The only weird thing is they don’t have any bathrooms at this pool so you have to wander into hotel soaking wet in a bathing suit to use the restroom if you’re at the adult pool. There were a lot of seagulls hanging around but not much anyone can do about that! A good tip is to arrive early or there may not be chairs available.

This was so great and easy! We had such a wonderful relaxing day!!

My 10 friends and I were taking a day off from our regular routine and as we head to the adult pool I couldn’t believe how much Bird feces was everywhere. That took away the relaxation and trying to eat in a hurry we’re the birds could not get tempted but they did. I would of loved it better if we did not have to fight them

The Mancester Grand Hyatt is one of the more iconic hotels in San Diego's skyline, and the experience we had at the pool for the day felt just as grand. We easily found chairs, the service was great, and although we didn't order any food it looked delicious. My only complaint was the price of the drinks from the bar, but it also has been a while since I ordered drinks from a hotel so maybe they were fair. Overall a great experience and will be back again!
