Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs Hotel

My daughter and I had a fantastic time at this location. The cabana was nice and shaded, and the service was great. We needed a location that was kid-friendly (she is 12), but calm, quiet, and relaxing. This was perfect. The views were beautiful, the cocktails and food were tasty, and we thoroughly enjoyed our day.

Very upscale hotel and pool, it is great location. Enjoyed the location and clean pool.

Classy

Clean, lots of space. The only thing I did not like is there is constantly people I assume guests from the hotel walking in checking it out then leaving which I found kind of annoying. I guess there is no way really to prevent that. Otherwise its very clean, lots of space, very hot if you like direct sunlight - not much shade its on the roof. Lovely view. The menu is not good or healthy

Check-in was easy, the pool area was clean and the drinks were delicious. Had a wonderful day.

Resportpass is great and so was our time at the Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs! It was easy to book and it was a great way to spend the day since we weren't actually staying in Palm Springs but still wanted a relaxing day by the pool. Service in the hotel was great and so was the ambience.

We had a lovely time at The Rowan. Easygoing and very easy to navigate. Great service and nice area. It would be great to have hotel parking as the complimentary lot is close but only 4 hours. Will go again!

A Day in the Desert

We had a great time at the Kimpton.  The cabanas are wonderful and spacious. The service was fantastic.

It’s a great place to hang out and I’ll definitely return but what hurt the experience is the “free parking” is actually just 4 hour city run lot and the hotel only has valet parking. The front desk guy sounded confused and was not empathetic to the fact that a “daycation” isn’t 4 hours nor what was advertised and just told me to valet if I needed longer. Beyond that I wish the hotel had proper changing rooms because they told me to use the bathroom when I inquired.

Drinks were amazing but the pool food menu was rather small. The hotel does have other places to eat so you don’t have to go far but it would be nice to get a full meal by the pool.
