We had a great time, but need a heated pool, we only use the pool for 10 mtos, it was very cool.

what a great day at the pool!
the hotel staff was great. i went on a weekday & was one of the only people at the pool in the morning. even when more people came, it was still nice & relaxing. i definitely recommend if you want a really nice pool with calm vibes. plenty of towels available & being changed out throughout the day. also, lunch can be brought out to you at the pool. definitely plan on coming back again!

awesome day at the pool

Went on a weekday and had a nice and relaxing time by the pool. They also provide free towels to dry off, which was very useful!! The pool and bathrooms are very clean as well. 

Calm and not too crowded

The pool was clean and nice employees . However, pool was not heated at all and that was the main reason I chose that place. Also, food was not as aspected and pool services very poor. I do not recommend this place. 

The opposite to the hotel description 

Lot of leaves, broken tree branches and dirt debris (e.g.: wine corks) spread on the pool. I love this hotel, the eatery and drinking options are amazing  so as the pool, but please make sure the pool gets frequent cleaning and maintenance 

Pool lacking maintenance 

Pool was not heated and although the temperature was 87, the water was very, very cold. There is a phone near the pool to order drinks and food. I tried several times to use this service. I let the phone ring about 40 times. I went inside and had to find someone at the main desk to get someone to get our drinks. Drinks never were brought to the pool. I had to go back inside to get them. Then no tray available for me to carry all the drinks, so I had to make 2 trips. More of a hotel with a pool vibe, than a resort. Facilities and towels were very clean.
