Please let me start by saying I do not make a habit of leaving bad reviews. I will be taking this up directly with management in the hopes they will address accordingly. However, I booked a day pass for my birthday, in the hopes of enjoying a swim/sauna and a quick lunch. Upon entering the pool, I immediately saw the following: 
- pool was green, and looked thick (with what, I can only assume).  Flecks of who knows what floating on top. 
- There were light brown puddles of water in many spots. Floor looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in weeks. (This was at 10am). 
- I tried to make the best of it, and attempted to go in the hot tub. I immediately noticed several dead spiders and 2 dead roaches within 3 feet of the hot tub. 
- While in the pool area, someone came from a nearby office to use the restroom. Clearly employees are coming into the space and just ignoring how filthy it is. 

I left within 10 minutes of arriving, and the front desk agent did not seem at all surprised.

Vacations day

We purchased 2 day rooms and brought our kids and their friends for a day of swimming and hotel fun.  Everything was super clean.  We had the pool to ourselves! There was a nice whirlpool and sauna. Towels were well stocked. Maintenance even stopped by the pool just to make sure everything was ok! How nice.  Front desk staff was super accommodating and gave us connecting rooms.
We got some pizzas for lunch from Allgauers and they were great too.  We had a hard time dragging the kids out of the pool.  We will definitely be back.

Perfect Day

Staff was friendly, food was mediocre, pool/sauna/hot tub sufficient. We had the pool area to ourselves (on a Wed). Read books/streamed shows while lounging on chairs. Good way to unplug. No lockers, so we carried our bags to the restaurant/bar (day pass, no room). 

Basic Yet Easy

Booked this on Christmas Day , was a great way to have a vacation and drive home for dinnner!

Great location, great room.

No...just no. It looks old and run down. The pic is definitely staged; the pool is a VERY different color in real life. The hot tub jets aggressively splash water in your face wherever you sit, there was visible tile damage and I hurt my foot on the rough inner surfaces. Then there was that pool....OMG yuck. I can't find the words to describe how it looked inside. I'll spare the full details but I refused to even touch the water from its appearance and what was floating on the surface. The sauna worked - I had to give it some time to heat (not unusual) - but the temp knob was damaged so it took a moment to determine which direction made it hotter.  Floor was dirty with random puddles everywhere and to top it all off,  the shower didn't work. I.WILL.NEVER return here. This hotel is a new addition to this app that noone needs unless they clean, repair, and sanitize this pool area.

In a word...no!

First off no where to change but single use bathroom.  Pool was not heated sauna didnt work and there were used band aids all over.

Not good
