Outdoor restroom was a disaster 

Best spot in Daytona hands down. I've been there twice already in 2 months. The two pools are very clean considering we're right at the beach. They also have music under water!

Great Location, Great Service

Everything was amazing, great view, good food. We hung out at the pool all day then went to the beach. Walk the strip. Then later had dinner outside on the terrace. This is an excellent place to get a day pass

The weather was not the best. However, the hot tubs felt like pools. I would definitely recommend. 

Nice Getaway

The location of Hotel is half a mile to famous Daytona pier if you want to take a stroll on beach. Nice chairs and nice pools, must bring your own towels. Several issue that they need to fix if allowing Resort Pass people to pay & stay,  #1 no place to change,  #2 if you go to beach from pool area you cant get back into pool-your locked out, the staff or a walker by must let you into pool area because you get a paper arm band and the hotel quests have wrist fobs for gate. #3There is no where to change just a single stale pool bathroom or a lobby bathroom. !Serious!,  issue with drink pricing, two mojitos and two cokes $64 is ridiculous! I questioned server, she seemed mad said taxes and resort fees, never provided a receipt! Menu said a mojito was $13X2 and Coke$4X2=$34 so why was there a extra $30 dollars on bill? Will go back for location and decent pools. This Daytona hotel is a Sub-Par Hard Rock, Ive been to HR Biloxi, Tampa and Hollywood FL. Daytona HR not even comparable.

Could not get towels 
Not enough chairs. 
Could not get in and out the pool area unless somebody had to come and open it for you. I would not go back. 

Just ok

The pool today was ice cold, the pool area was crowded with people and no one could use the pool. The childrens pool which was heated was too hot, and dirty. Grown ups were trying to crowed that kids pool because the large pool was freezing. I asked three times if they could turn the heat on in the large pool and I was told it was on. how do you have about 30 people all sitting around a pool and no one getting in and see there 
Isnt a problem. The guest who were staying there also were complaining. The  music was extremely loud, you couldnt relax. One can of beer on the menu showed $6.50 I was charged $9.95, yes $10 for one can of beer. I will Never return to the Hard Rock.  Whats the point paying for a pool pass and you cant use the pool.

Our ServeyJessica was very attentive and the food and drinks were perfect. It was Daytona Bike Week, yet the Hard Rock was quiet and family friendly.
