So much fun

Easy to check in and get the wrist band and pool key card. Quiet afternoon. 

Nice and relaxing 

Very difficult experience in getting to use the facilities last Sunday. I had a paid for day at the pool. Major problems on the front desk. Front desk staff- would- not issue a key to get back into the pool area after using the restroom facilities off the pool. Flatly refused. Female front desk clerk later, quote- we dont want you to have access to other parts of the hotel end quote. Wow. The day before with .a paid reservation, Laura on the front desk issued me the key to return to the pool without any issues. Not sure why I denied an  key to return to the pool. Female front desk clerk would not tell me her name, refused to give me the name of  General Manager. Then -her-boss said to share her name. I asked for an an email for the GM. Was given a false email I showed her supervisor where l could not get back in. I had a green wrist band watching as others w green wrist band pass by using their cards to get back. He told me he would check. Never came back. Left humiliated. Pandemonium 

Very unpleasant 

I brought my own towel but they had towels there.  It was clean and location was very convenient for me.

Nice for the price

Easy check in, bar and grill food is amazing. Staff is great. The pool was not packed and huge. They have little ducks too. Clean and cool looking. 

Great find

I was looking for a pool to lay by and get some sun, it was clean and very well maintained. The staff was super friendly, and the bartender, I believe Kelly was her name was great. 

Great experience 

It was so convenient! The app says you pay $5 for the parking, but the hotel let's you know it is complimentary to the pass. The staff was extremely helpful and within minutes of verifying my ID, I was in the pool. The water was clean, with ample space around the pool for lounge chairs. There are three cabanas available. I will be back to try the food and drinks at the bar; for me, the day pass was just a trial to see if I liked the service before I committed to more. I'm very happy with this location and the service, so I will bring my family next time!

Excellent Allen Getaway

We were disappointed in our day at the Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel compared to other resort passes we have used in the area. The pool was very low not even covering the steps in. It was dirty with debris floating on the surface, the water was cloudy and had stains on the bottom which appeared to be possibly a fungus. Ourselves and others at the pool believe the filtration system  wasn't working properly. We actually observed patrons use the pool net to clean the debris and then the hotel staff came out to do it but it was unsuccessful. 
The highway noise was so loud and there was no music playing to drown out the noise. We observed outside speakers and we asked for the radio to be turned on to help cover the noise. The speakers were turned on but you actually had to stand under them to hear anything to come out. 
There is no pool side food and drink service at this resort pass. 
The good part of the day was the good food and customer service at the bar inside from the bartender Kelly.

Good experience but need more chairs at this place! Umbrella was broken and no servers but food was good
