Pool + Beach Day Pass

I'm only giving it two stars because the resort has potential. It's currently one star but the bartender said they're about to shut down for much needed repairs. Those include fixing the air conditioning, it really doesn't do anything to keep the place cool. There was almost nobody in the resort to begin with. There was nobody serving the beach, they didn't have chaise towels which made it uncomfortable to sit on the loungers, and it was difficult to get sunscreen. These are all things that are automatic at other resorts nearby.

60-Minute Daycation Massage + Spa & Pool Access

I booked this through ResortPass as a birthday spa day for my friend, and unfortunately the experience was nowhere near what was advertised or what I expected for the price. From the moment we arrived, the property felt poorly maintained. The hotel was extremely hot and had an unpleasant sour smell. The spa locker room was unbearably warm and dark, and after multiple attempts — including asking staff for help — we could not get a functioning locker. We ultimately had to leave our belongings unsecured. The relaxation room was also extremely warm, making the robes and slippers almost suffocating rather than relaxing. At one point, we left the spa area and then could not get back in because the entrance was locked/malfunctioning and the front desk had to come open it for us. Most concerning, we were told by hotel staff that the air-conditioning problems were not new and had reportedly been going on for weeks. Even the massage room was warm and required a fan. The massage itself was good, but the overall environment absolutely did not reflect a luxury resort or spa experience. We were also told the property is expected to transition to Four Seasons management/ownership. Hopefully that results in the investment and renovations this property clearly needs. In its current condition, however, I don’t believe ResortPass should be advertising and selling this as a luxury spa-day experience. I would strongly encourage ResortPass to investigate the conditions at this property and consider temporarily removing or suspending it from the platform until the HVAC, locker rooms, spa facilities, security of guests’ belongings, and general property conditions are addressed. I would also like to know whether ResortPass was aware of the ongoing HVAC and facility issues before continuing to sell spa-day packages here. If these problems were previously disclosed by the hotel, it’s particularly concerning that customers are still being sold an experience that the property is currently unable to deliver. This was supposed to be a special birthday gift for my friend, which made the experience especially disappointing.

60-Minute Daycation Massage + Spa & Pool Access

Roddy was the best I've ever had a massage from. But everything else was so so. . . no champagne or wine was offered and the experience as a whole was sub standard.

60-Minute Daycation Massage + Spa & Pool Access

It was great, the hotel was a little run down, the spa outline did not flow well, and it did not have the things that it made out to seem that it had but the actual massage was wonderful and the restaurant food was delicious. Vanessa was great.

Pool + Beach Day Pass

We were pretty disappointed. The building is completely run down. The AC was not working in the women’s locker room, lobby, etc. Initially we wanted to have lunch there, but when we saw the sushi bar and there was no AC we opted not to take that risk. The ResortPass states that there is beach service, but that was not the case. We wanted to purchase drinks/food but there was no one around. So we walked next door to consume drinks and eat lunch there. Everything looked abandoned and old and worn out. We were hoping we would be doing this more often over the summer with friends visiting, but after this experience we will not be returning or recommending Tideline

We had a great time! Love the resort and day pass! It’s off-season so the staffing was a little sparse, but we still had a wonderful breakfast and a wonderful time
