Great beach and pool areas, and a wide variety of food at the buffets. Get there early to get a chair at the pool.

All-Inclusive Day Pass

We purchased a day pass for our family of five, and overall we had a great time. The resort offers plenty to do, especially for families. There were two pools, basketball, ping pong, complimentary water activities, and easy access to drinks throughout the day. The food was excellent, with two buffet options offering a nice variety, and the beach, while small, was beautiful. The biggest downside was that the resort was very busy. It was crowded with families, and the atmosphere could be quite loud at times. We also found that the beach filled up quickly due to its smaller size. Additionally, the outdoor showers were not working during our visit. Check-in was the most frustrating part of the experience. The staff initially couldn’t find our reservation, and I had to pull up the confirmation email and send it to them. They also requested passports for our day passes, which we did not bring. We weren’t expecting to need passports for a day visit, especially since our reservation already included the names and ages of our three children, who don’t even have IDs. That process was confusing and unnecessarily time-consuming. Despite the rocky check-in, we enjoyed the resort once we got settled. It’s a beautiful property with great amenities, good food, and lots of activities, making it a fun option for families if you don’t mind a lively, crowded atmosphere.

All-Inclusive Day Pass

All-Inclusive Day Room

we had a great time at Iberostar for the day! We booked the package that had a room as well so we had 8 wonderful hours to dine, swim and take a nap in the AC before heading out on our cruise. Everyone was very welcoming and treated us the same as the longer-term guests.

Poolside Daybed

We rented two beachside cabanas for the day with all inclusive benefits. The resort was gorgeous and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They ensured we were seated next to our friends so we were able to enjoy the sun, sand and open bar together! Next time we are in the DR we will definitely return. 5 stars!!
