The beach was amazing! Calm. clear, aquamarine water to swim or float around. Service was kind and very friendly and helpful. Lunch in the restaurant was delightful with beautiful views. Would love to return in the future!

Day Pass

The location was stunning, the ability to have a family friend beach experience separate from a quieter adults only beach experience made for a much more luxurious retreat. There were multiple locations with chaise lounge chairs inviting shade friendly, full sun friendly and beach resting locations which was incredibly versatile throughout our stay! The pool was a great temperature and very delightful to cool off and get the salty water off my skin :) The service at the poolside bar was stellar - very friendly, made great drinks, and even filled up my water mug with cold water and ice before we left. Wonderful wonderful choice and we would definitely return!

Day Pass

Staying in a small seaside hotel in Grand Case for a few days (without swimming pool) I was enthusiastic about the idea of spending a few hours on Saturday at the magnificent GCH swimming pool, . What a disappointment! On the positive side: check-in was easy and the pool area was very clean. On the negative side: swimming pool with no ambiance, no parasol, no music, no service. In short, a few chairs lined up under the blazing sun with the only decorative element being a small tree with a group of hotel guests clustered under its branches for a little shade. No background music except the sound of the building's ventilation. No service if you want to drink or eat you have to go to the Sunset Cafe and pick it up yourself. After an hour I couldn't take it anymore and simply left .. disappointed.

Day Pass

None of the staff other than the reception ladies knew what a resort day pass was. When we first arrived at the gate the security guard wouldn't let us in, had to park and walk in then go back and even then the security guard was nasty. We took advantage of using the snorkeling gear and floats. The ocean water comes all the way up to the rocks so you constantly are worrying if your things will get wet. We ordered lunch from the restaurant and they served us right on the beach. The food was great! Around 4pm we decided to to the rooftop pool. Our key cards wouldnt work. It was super annoying. Had to walk to reception and was told they were having issues with the locks. They had to physically walk us up but you need a key to exit too. About an hour later they sent up a new key card but that one didnt work either! We had to ask other guests to let us out. Overall didnt feel very inviting. Gave 3 stars for the food and the view. Next time, would just rent chairs for $26 and forget the pass
