What is ResortPass?
ResortPass is an online booking platform for day access to resorts and hotels for pool, spa, and amenity use.
Based in Santa Monica, CA, ResortPass launched in May 2016. We are excited for you to take a "daycation" and spend the day at a luxurious resort with your family and friends (or pamper yourself with some relaxing alone time)!
How do I book a day pass?
Booking day access to a hotel is similar to booking a hotel overnight. Select the type of access you would like (day pass, spa pass, cabana), the number of people, and an available day in the calendar. Unavailable days are greyed out. Fill out the guest information in checkout and book. You will receive a booking confirmation email with details and instructions for parking and checking in to the hotel.
Why are prices in the calendar different on different days?
Pricing is based on availability so for days when there is less available space for day guests at the hotel, prices are higher. Weekends and peak season tend to have higher prices whereas weekdays and the off-peak travel season will typically be lower.
How do I check into the hotel?
Once you book, the hotel will have your booking in their reservation system. You do not need to print anything out to bring to the hotel, although you can if you want to. Just bring yourself and a photo ID or your booking ID to the hotel concierge desk (or the location specified in your booking confirmation). They will verify your reservation in their system and check you in.
How far in advance can I book?
You can book up to 10 weeks in advance. Dates further than 10 weeks away will be greyed out in the calendar. Simply wait until your desired date is closer to book your day pass or contact us if you would like to book your daycation further in advance.
Can I change my booking?
Bookings can be changed up until 48 hours before the booked date. Login to your account, click "view" for the booking you would like to change, and fill out the form to request a change.
Can I cancel my booking?
Bookings can be canceled up until 48 hours before the booked date for a full refund. Login to your account, click "view" for the booking you would like to cancel, and select cancel. You will receive a cancellation confirmation and the refund for the full amount will appear in your account in 5-10 business days. Within 48 hours, please contact us to request a cancellation.
Can I book day passes or cabanas for an event?
Yes! Hosting a bachelorette party, bridal shower, birthday party, or any occasion at a resort is a great way to celebrate. If you are hosting an event with more than 8 people, please contact us at email@example.com for availability and group rates.
