Pool + Wellness Pass

The gym was nice but I was shocked to find no changing locker room nor showers are included in the packaged deal. I was then allowed in the pool area which again looks nice but was far from relaxing. I left after ten minutes of enduring constant screaming by a group of children dominating the space. Even though the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, I’d definitely not book this again as a day retreat.

50-Minute Custom Massage + Pool Access

Both my friend and I had fabulous experiences during our massage and while using the amenities - even in the huge downpour! And we were so grateful for the complimentary sparkling rosé, as we were doing a little celebration. The only feedback that we have- and this is my fault is that it was just strange. When we went to order drinks in the restaurant, we were asked for our ID (which is completely fine!). My friend and I walked back to our lockers to get our wallets. It was then that I discovered I didn't have my ID or two of my credit cards (which was my fault due to a bag change!) However, when we went back to the restaurant, I shared that I didn't have my ID, but I'd be willing to show a photo of my ID and/or passport, but I was told the physical ID was needed - again, this is completely fine. What was strange was that the drinks were already made, and because I didn't have my ID, my friend, who did have her ID and presented it, wasn't allowed to have the drink we had previously ordered. So that was a little frustrating, especially after we BOTH had already consumed an alcoholic beverage on the premises. So because of that, we didn't stay as long as planned. We wanted to have a few cocktails before lunch and then use the other amenities. It was just ironic that the person denying us was younger than both of us. Again, it was a lovely experience, aside from that one hiccup, which truly was my fault - we both said that we would come back. All of the women that greeted us at the SPA desk were so kind, warm, and helpful!

This place is beautiful and comfortable. The pool is a bit small and the snacks could have been better but overall a good.

Pool Day Pass

I was excited to go have a pool day and get some vitamin D while visiting the city, but when I got to the W there were no lounge chairs available. I was quite disappointed that this was not transparent when I booked the pass. The only chair I could find was some type of beach chair after an hour or so. I finally found one lounge chair. It’s a beautiful rooftop pool not very large, but I am suppose that’s normal for the city. I would be hesitant to book again, unless I called the hotel directly and asked if there was lounge chairs available.

Pool + Wellness Pass

Sooooooo not worth the money- I cannot believe how much I spent on this to basically just get access to a pool and a chair with no other amenities. And if we got there five minutes later, we wouldn’t have even gotten access to chairs. Luckily, the person who was taking care of us was very nice but otherwise the service was awful and slow, the food was expensive, and the spa didn’t even give us the complimentary beverage we were supposed to receive. The pool was also dirty- there were large chunks of hair and napkin floating around in it. Truly not the luxury experience I expected.
